SMX is in search of a Senior Pricing Analyst to add to its growing Pricing team. This a high visibility position, interacting with all levels of the organization. This role is 100% remote.
The Senior Pricing Analyst will be required to lead strategic and competitive pricing discussions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. In addition, be responsible for the assessment of opportunity specific pricing requirements for both prime and subcontract activities, development of pricing and cost narratives for both Federal Government and commercial proposals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :
+ Ability to properly interpret government solicitation pricing requirements, developing and submitting compliant and competitive proposals
+ Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, proposal teams, and customers, while handling multiple pricing efforts concurrently.
+ Provide training and assistance in BOE development, proper justifications/rationale, and estimating techniques
+ Understand and comply with company policies and practices for proposal preparation and submission
+ Facilitate functional and executive level reviews, prepare financial presentations, and ensure compliance with company policies, processes, gates, and approvals
**Required Skills and Experience** :
+ Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of Federal GovCon pricing assessment, analysis, and build up
+ Experience across various federal agencies, both civilian and DoD
+ Be a team player, flexible, adaptable, proactive, with organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Advanced MS Excel skills to include, but not limited to, pivot tables, array formulas, and lookups
+ Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and CAS
+ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, computation skills and research skills
+ Experience with salary and compensation tools
+ Willingness to work unscheduled/extended hours and travel as required to support deadlines
+ Able to manage competing priorities; handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Clearance Required: None. US citizenship is required for work on DoD contracts

The proposed salary for this position is:
$94,700—$157,700 USD
