You will contribute to activities that drive growth and optimal financial outcomes.You will play a vital role in assisting with the company's short-term and long-term financial forecasting, and key initiatives. This role requires an independent and motivated professional who is comfortable working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.  Senior Pricing AnalystWhat the Job Entails: Work with Sales and other senior leadership to properly execute formal requests for pricing (RFP) by the commercial teamExecute formal requests for pricing from Pangea networkSupport in negotiations with the shipping linesSupport in negotiations of inland transportation with co-loaders in Colombia.Implement tools and other means to effectively communicate market trends and their impacts to capacity and pricing.Perform any and all other duties that may be necessary to be successful in this role.  What We Are Looking For: Successful candidates MUST have at least 3 years experience in a similar positionKnowledge in negotiation with shipping lines and other suppliersMicrosoft Excel proficiencyAbility to prioritize and balance information while completing multiple tasks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Strong verbal and written communication skills (English 80% written and spoken)Attention to detail and flexibility is a must.
