Job Description
Oversee all pricing functions and manage additional reporting responsibilities as assigned. Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and analyze pricing data. Demonstrate experience in pricing within the Department of Defense (DOD) and/or OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) environments. Price various contract types including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Write detailed pricing and cost narratives to support proposals. Support cost analysis and estimating functions for major bids. Develop flexible financial models to aid in cost proposals and management decision-making, including ROMs and What-if Scenarios. Create and prepare cost volume narratives. Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for the development of cost proposals in line with solicitation (RFP/Q/I) requirements and provide strategic insights to help achieve Price To Win (PTW) target values. Present pricing scenarios to management for bid approval. Design and implement budget and planning tools/processes that offer timely financial status feedback using applications such as Excel, Access, and Cognos. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of management reports on costs and budgets by preventing data inaccuracies and omissions, and conducting routine audits. Support audit requests by analyzing rates and factors used in pricing and costing. Collaborate with other finance staff members and departments on special projects. Work closely with Business Development, Operating Groups, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Payroll Departments to ensure systems and processes capture the required financial details for budget and planning. Perform other duties as assigned.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with additional hours required when nearing submittal deadlines. Ideally, the role will be performed 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Once established in the role, the work schedule can transition to 2 days in the office.
