Job Summary:

Partners with product, financial and industry teams to develop advanced strategic recommendations for the execution of dynamic and differentiated price list strategies that align with product and enterprise goals for revenue and profitability, with a high level of direct involvement with senior leaders and increasing level of independence.

What You Will Do:

• Analyzes, interprets and communicates a wide variety of data (ordering, economic and competitive environment, revenue and profitability, and historical forecasted sales, prices, discounts and price realization) to draw business insights and recommend actions to maximize sales and profitability

• Analyze and interpret data to provide data-driven insights for strategic projects

• Visualize and present analysis to senior leaders

• Add a unique analytical perspective to cross-functional teams

• Develops advanced strategic price list recommendations for new and existing products and services to drive value-based pricing
• Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders in the development of price list strategies for new and existing products and services
• Executes strategic and tactical price action within a robust ordering governance framework to implement future price list changes

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in the data analytics or quantitative field

Summary Pay Range:

$126,000.00 - $189,000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
