Your Mission Your responsibilities will include developing a go-to-market strategy and preparing the KARL STORZ organization for a successful entry into the surgical robotics market You will define and develop the organizational and operational structure for the launch Another key task will be to create a strategic marketing plan and execute comprehensive launch planning and initiatives to integrate the robotics launch into the KARL STORZ portfolio You will drive downstream marketing strategies and initiatives for Digital Surgery & Robotics in coordination with upstream product management and Specialty Business areas You will develop and implement sales structures and strategies to establish a presence in the robotics market, working closely with regional and country heads Your responsibilities include working with global marketing and marketing excellence teams to align downstream activities and campaigns Additionally, you will develop training, education and events strategies to support early sales efforts in the robotics market Your Talents Master of Science, Master of Economics or Master of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of 15 years of management experience in marketing or sales of a large capital medical device company or a similar position Service and customer focus are important to ensure a successful entry into the surgical robotics market Strong collaborative skills in an international environment and communication skills as you will be interacting with different stakeholders Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus 30% willingness to travel Your Benefits Flexible working hours & mobile working: In many areas, working hours and location can be arranged as required​ 30 vacation days and various special payments​​ Further training opportunities: Open in-house seminar program, extensive e-learning offering, professional development courses and much more Corporate benefits and bicycle leasing​ Subsidy for private pension plan and company health management​ Various childcare options – at the headquarters in Tuttlingen​ Health, sports, cultural and leisure activities – offers vary depending on location​
