As part of this exciting transformation, we are looking for an experienced hands-on Lead Developer to join our Redwood development team and help us shape the future of Oracle CPQ.

To succeed in this position, you should have over six years of experience in software development, particularly in Java-based web applications. A deep understanding of enterprise solution architecture and best practices in development is essential. Familiarity with front-end technologies will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to design complex solutions, and a collaborative mindset will be key to your success. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will help you work effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
