Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities
· Understand the business process requirement
· Capable of working independently on end-to-end projects, from design to deployment
· In this role you would,
· Develop and deploy LLMs for various language tasks.
· Design prompts and optimize LLMs for tasks like text generation and summarization.
· Implement RAG solutions combining retrieval mechanisms with generative models.
· Build and train NLP and DL models using TensorFlow/PyTorch.
· Handle diverse text types and layouts for tasks such as document parsing and text extraction.
· Deploy AI solutions on Azure cloud and ensure reliable production deployment.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI projects.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
· Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, NLP and DL.
· Strong coding skills in Python, with expertise in text processing techniques.
· Ability to work with different document formats and layouts, cleaning and normalizing data, feature extraction and efficiently implementing algorithms for natural language processing tasks.
· Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch for building and training models.
· Experience with Azure cloud services for deploying AI solutions, including model hosting, data storage and scaling applications.
· Experience deploying code to production environments.
· Substantial exposure to large-scale or complex GenAI implementations.
