Senior Principal Consultant, Project Manager

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Project Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective database solutions and models. The role requires him/her to have wide knowledge over business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modeling, database, and technical aspects of BI tools.
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
• Collaborate cross functional and cross-country teams to identify data integration sources and perform integration scenarios.
• Must take responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team and mentor the team members
• Pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Participate in development of key projects.
• Provide status reports to client weekly.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Experience working as Technical Program Manager to oversee ongoing Software Delivery Management for our direct-to-consumer product platform of multiple tech stacks like J2EE, JAVA, ReactJS / HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Hands-on technical experience delivering Mainframe solutions using technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, STORED PROCEDURES.
• Should have experience managing multiple managed service projects with due KPIs
• Program management prioritization- Responsible for managing and controlling a group of related projects within the Solution Delivery Process.
• Develops and maintains the program charters, plans and schedules, manages the Risks, Issues, and Changes associated with the program, monitors and Controls the program Progress.
• Sets team objectives, executes management and formal reviews, racks and disposes of program issues, tracks action items and budgets,
• Knowledgeable on design patterns, algorithms, programming languages, networking, and operating systems.
• Experience in playing critical role in supporting multiple Scrum teams with their daily agile software development activities.
• Hands on experience to efficiently build and ship great software.
• Significant experience in Scrum Management and Release Management is essential.
• An understanding of the e-commerce, mobile app development, Jira, Confluence are all pluses.
• Experience in estimating, planning, resourcing, and monitoring of a project or operational support activities.
• Develops and maintains the Project. Charter, Plans, and Schedules and Manages the Risks, Issues, and Changes associated with the project or operational support activities.
• Monitors and Controls the Project Progress, or compliance with Service Delivery objectives.
• Responsible for quality of the program Deliverables, approves process definitions, procedures and standards.
• Oversee strategic and operational aspects of Projects, from defining their requirements to evaluating the finished product.
• Assist with the execution of Agile values, principles, methods and practices.
Organize and facilitates Scrum practices such as standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve, including by guiding Customer scrum teams in ways to be more productive and to produce higher quality products that maximize the value to Customer.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80000 to $100000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
