Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related technical field followed by six years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Consultant-related occupation. Position requires:

·         Troubleshooting technical and functional issues;

·         Gathering and documenting system requirements, data flow diagrams, writing technical and functional specifications, testing, and production support;

·         Oracle Utilities Framework (OUAF) such as algorithms, service scripts, BPA scripts, zone, portals, UI, business objects, config tools, and XAI services;

·         Customer, metering, and billing for utility;

·         Oracle energy and water products such as Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) and Oracle Customer Cloud Services (CCS);

·         Consulting and project implementation;

·         High level estimation of effort for Testing of design solutions; and

·         SQL, SoapUI, CMA
