Job Duties:
Analyze requirements and deliver functional and technical solutions. Implement products and technologies to meet post-sale customer needs. As a member of the consulting organization, ensure that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to client’s satisfaction. Work closely with client to understand and manage expectations, as well as work closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Support and participate on project teams. Problem solve by applying company policies and procedures. May telecommute. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. (385.32934)
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field followed by seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a senior principal consultant-related occupation.
Position requires:
Oracle Utilities Products including Customer Care and Billing, Mobile Workforce Management, and Work and Asset Management; Requirements Gathering and Business Process Flow Documentation for As-Is and To-Be; High level effort estimates for requirements, Performing the Fit/Gap Analysis, and Preparation of high-level Solution Documents for identified gaps; Configuration Mapping and Functional Design Documentation; Smoke Testing for client’s extensions and configuration and support with SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing); Business Development Support including RFP responses, scope definition and estimation, and client presentations for Orals; Oracle Utilities Framework (OUAF) including Algorithms, Service scripts, BPA scripts, Zone, Portals, UI, Business Objects, and, XAI services; and SQL and data models for Oracle Utility Products.Career Level - IC3
