You’ll have the opportunity to lead the Data Architecture guild and be a key contributor to the next-generation platform data capabilities, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. _This position is based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters_ **Picture Yourself at Pega:** At Pega, you will be responsible for designing and developing the data platform architecture and ensuring that it meets scalability, performance, reliability, and security requirements. You'll collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and drive design and delivery of medium-complex features independently. As part of the team, you'll monitor and respond to trends in production workload performance before they become problems and develop strategies to enforce data governance policies ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
