Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector is looking for a Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst. This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality and Manufacturing business processesDelivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platformSupporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives

This position will offer a hybrid of telework and onsite presence, however eligible candidates must be local to one of our offices in:

El Segundo, CARedondo Beach, CAPalmdale, CAMelbourne, FL

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 9 years of experience; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 3 years’ experience.  In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of educationMust hold an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR security clearance, as necessary per business requirementsFunctional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning MRP, procurement, shopfloor, and reporting/analytics activitiesLeads recurring/existing customer base and new project initiativesExperience in aspects of project managementBe local to and able to go on site at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Palmdale, CA; Melbourne, FL


Preferred qualifications:

Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/Hana products in our NG environmentFamiliarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts.  Data integration backgroundExcellent leadership characteristicsDemonstrated experience presenting to leadership or government customerExperience supervising or leading cross functional teams/IPT’s and/or individualsDemonstrated experience presenting and working with all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadershipBOM Development/Maintenance, SAP/ MRP, Inventory Management, and Quality Management knowledge and proficiency

Salary Range: $124,900.00 - $187,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
