Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Enterprise Wide Application Analyst. This role can be virtual and is not tied to any specific office location.
This role may be performed remotely, however 25% travel will be required.
The candidate needs an understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the ERP field along with a general knowledge of interrelated disciplines in the ERP area.
Support the design, development, delivery, and sustainment of ERP and MES software to meet large-scale enterprise requirements.Lead a diverse, cross-sector, cross-functional team of technical and business experts and end users.Collaborate, define, and deliver technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational goals and objectives.Support enhancement development and testing, business process improvements, and regression testing and validation.Support multiple data migration tools, including execution (extraction, conversion and upload) of data from legacy to new source systems.Execute configuration and support overall Configuration Management.Create and maintain formal systems documentation including functional specifications, workflows, and data maps.Oversee development and tracking of system roadmaps and schedules to meet short and long-term strategic execution plans to meet critical milestones.Provide routine status, which may include, Executive briefings.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Computer Technology, or equivalent field with 10+ years of related experience.Broad understanding of ERP and MES technical principles, theories, and concepts, along with a general knowledge of interrelated disciplines.Ability to perform work in a virtual environment.Self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and expertise in Siemens PLM systems, domain models and workflows.Experience and expertise in legacy SAP ERP systems with a general understanding of SAP S/4 and PEO.Experience in systems design and development, specifically MESSAP configuration knowledge and experience.Experience leading integration projects / effortsGeneral understanding of Production Engineering and Operations processesSalary Range: $119,200.00 - $178,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
