Key responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive benchmarks to evaluate the performance of our storage services including I/O operations, throughput, latency & scalability. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our storage architecture, networking, and cloud architecture. Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in software applications and systems, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Analyze benchmark results, identify trends, and provide insights to drive storage performance improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Work with product management team to develop performance metrics that meet customer requirements. Analyze benchmark results, identify trends. Develop and maintain benchmarking tools and scripts to automate testing & analysis. Monitor and analyze storage performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring solutions. Create and maintain application profiles to simulate real-world workloads and test storage performance under various scenarios
