LMDS has an opening for a Senior Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Chandler, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Revenue Forecast ResponsibilityEAC/Budget ResponsibilityHigher complexity Bill of Material ManagementLower complexity IPT LeadershipMay include some proposal pricing supportLeads Process Improvement Projects with cross-functional teams to meet closed area requirements including facilities, security, and hardware/ software needsCreate, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and other documentation as required by the organizationTrack and manage new initiatives driving site efficiencies or compliance in the areas of classified operationsDevelops and drives solutions to complex problems consistent with organization objectivesServes as consultant to management and customers on policies, plans, and objectivesManage program relationships to ensure all security requirements are met and in compliance.Assist with resolving computer and network issuesMonitors IT tickets and raises issues that require management involvement

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related professional/military experience including a background in project management; Master’s degree 6 years of related professional/military experience including a background in project managementExperience in Materials, Operations, and/or Project ManagementExperience in sourcing hardwareProficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in implementing new initiative and/or toolsProven experience in processing improvement projectsStrong experience in successfully addressing technical project requirementsExperience in leadership roles within the Aerospace and Defense industry, or within the militaryExperience leading IT projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) certifiedExperience maintaining facilities for classified workExperience in Sharepoint website developmentStrong written and verbal communication skills

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.

Salary Range: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
