Job Description:
This role is responsible for complete contract life cycle process. Facilitate the contracting and amendment processes for and with our partners from request to execution. You will need to communicate clearly, effectively, and courteously and provide accurate and timely information. You will need to have a good understanding of contract terms and conditions and apply them effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess the Federal/State/Local/Education contract life cycles managementFollow the escalation process and guidelines and ensure proper handover and communication of the issue status and resolutionPartner with Sales leadership and various functional teams across T‐Mobile to drive:Accurate and effective agreement draftingApproval gatheringData integrity and SOX controls compliance Responsible for following up with internal customers to ensure their satisfaction and closure of issuesMonitor the progress of the CLMs through the dashboards and maintain recordsParticipate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to update your skills and knowledgeAttend the scheduled sessions, actively participate in the discussions, and apply the learned skills and knowledge to your workAdhere to the CSCA policies, procedures, and standardsComply with the rules and regulations of the CSCA department and the company and maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in your work
Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum 1 years of experience in contracts or contracts support rolePreferred QualificationsFully bilingual (Spanish and English)Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and common software tools, such as antivirus, backup, and encryption softwareKnowledge of SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, or similar apps.Ability to analyze and discuss complex contracts and other documents.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to explain any issues in simple and clear terms to internal and external customersAbility to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn new technologies and skills, and to keep up with the latest trends and best practices, by attending training sessions and reading relevant materialsWho We Are
