Senior Process Consultant - E2E Partner & Ecosystem

The E2E Partner & Ecosystem Team within the Customer & Partner Organization in CPIT is responsible for all aspects of process design and system implementation to support SAP’s partner business and the Partner and Ecosystem Success Organization.  Our team of experts, trusted advisors, product owners, and system engineers is dedicated to transforming and growing the partner ecosystem. Our goal is to design end-to-end processes that lead to automation, infusing AI and process intelligence for scalability and simplicity. We strive to make partner systems easy to use, while ensuring compliance and maintaining business integrity

The Process Expert will be part of the team of Process Experts responsible for the design, definition and improvement of the E2E processes for new and existing partner business models with a strong focus on our Lead-to-Close Processes.

 

What you'll do:

 

Analyze and align business requirements for new and existing business models with all relevant Stakeholders like PES, Deal Execution, Demand Management, O2I and Office of Ethics and Compliance Document Processes, Requirements and User Stories for prioritization and handover to Delivery Teams Define success measures and KPIs for new commercial models and related processes Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and make adjustments as necessary. Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation in Signavio Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and SAP standards.

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM Strong process understanding and proven track record in successful design and alignment of process standardization and simplification across multiple organizations and systems Knowledge of SAP’s Partner Commercial models and the related sales process and system landscape (Harmony) Excellent analytical skills, i.e., being able to grasp and structure complex problems and perform conceptual work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools Preferred master’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field Experience in collaborating with various cultures across multiple time-zones

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

5+ years of professional experience, preferably with SAP 5+ years of experience in cloud content or operations is useful, but not a prerequisite Experience in a cross-functional service provider environment like Operations, Consulting, Development, or related field Experience in day-to-day interaction with multiple stakeholders across various time-zones and driving initiatives across board areas Knowledge and experience with SAP cloud portfolio, sales and post sales processes, and customer cloud operation Broad understanding of SAP’s strategy, organizational structure, and SAP solutions Ideally experience in operations of one or more cloud products Knowledge of ITIL support processes as well as CRM processes and systems are a plus

The position can also be filled as part time position.
