YOUR IMPACT

Identify process improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivityWrite assembly work processes and man assignment proceduresDetermine appropriate assembly fixturesReview and select required special tooling and equipmentEstablish manpower requirements, line and sub-assembly balancing data, and expectancy time performancesProcess documentation and control of prototype assembly issuesAssist in plant layout and work station designExhibit a high level of computer literacyPlan, schedule and prioritize work to meet established deadlinesDetermine/improve processes to meet production levelsProvide technical support and assist as a resource person in assigned areaPerform stop watch time studiesUtilize Lean/Six Sigma principles and methodologies in making process improvementsUtilize Autocad software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldFive (5) or more years of experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to root cause and troubleshoot automated equipmentCapability to work both independently and with multiple functional teamsProvide plant floor production support as requiredFanac Robotic experienceProficiency with 3d modeling (inventor or Catia preferred)Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Pay Range:

$72,200.00 - $116,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
