As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing existing processes and managing cross-functional improvement projects at the Seclin site. You will support the performance of the enzyme manufacturing site by solving technical issues and ensuring the implementation of corrective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead process improvement projects in collaboration with R&DManage multidisciplinary site improvement projects (technical, quality, safety)Solve production issues and coordinate with operational departmentsUpdate production recipes and process documentationEnsure technological monitoring and inter-site exchangesContribute to the development of medium- and long-term industrial plans

You bring:

Engineer or PhD in biotechnology or agro-food (Master’s/BAC+5 minimum)Expertise in industrial biotechnology, specializing in fermentation with skills in extraction/purification/dryingMinimum 7 years of experience in the food or biotechnology industryStrong understanding of microbiology and food safetyContinuous improvement skills (Yellow/Green Belt, Lean 6 Sigma)Project management skills, consultative approach, creativity, and fluency in English and Frenc
