Senior Process Engineer

A very reputable client of ours is seeking a mid to senior level Process Engineer to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role will have responsibility over two value streams and be the go-to engineer when it comes to anything process related for the equipment on the line and how it’s running. Candidates must be hands on!
**Job Title:** Process Engineer
**Location:** St Louis Park, MN
**Salary:** 90-125k, depends on experience
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate, maintain, and optimize equipment necessary to produce smart glass.
+ Work alongside maintenance technicians to troubleshoot faulted equipment.
+ Work cross functionally with R&D, Quality, and Production to address quality issues.
+ Suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and reduce changeover time.
+ Work with vendors to validate new technologies and specify next generation equipment.
**Requirements**
+ 4 Year Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Chemical etc.)
+ 3-5 Years of Engineering Experience (Manufacturing setting preferred)
+ PLC and electrical experience is a plus
+ Laser background is also a plus
+ 3+ Years experience in any of the Glass, Smart window, flat panel display, semiconductor, or
+ R&D experience
+ Pilot production experience
+ Quality Management Software (QMS) experience
+ Cleanroom Experience
