Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers. **About the role** Reckitt is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer who can bring innovation and skill to our Zeeland, MI manufacturing site. In this role, you will contribute to the team’s exciting journey through the development of new products and improvement of processes for some of the most trusted infant formula brands. Your expertise will be the driving force behind flawless production and the seamless launch of new items that will impact lives globally. We're looking for someone who's as passionate about product excellence as we are. **Your responsibilities** + Support development and implementation of new innovation and existing product processes at the manufacturing sites. Oversee contract manufacturers’ operations as needed. + Partners with the Operations, R&D, and Quality groups to ensure products are manufactured right the first time, from initial product qualification through on-going formula optimization. + Provide critical support to manufacturing site by leveraging knowledge of unit operations and engineering principles to effectively troubleshoot processing and equipment issues + Continuously assess and implement measures to enhance technical capabilities, productivity, and manufacturing excellence. + Applies the understanding of food and personal safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements to process design, new and existing product development. + Effectively communicates technical topics to key stakeholders, management, and team members to influence decisions. **The experience we're looking for** + Candidate must have a BS degree (Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology or any related field) along with 5 years hands-on experience in food processing desired. Or, BA with minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in food processing engineering in lieu of a B.S. in Engineering. + Experience in CIP, Liquid Milk Processing, Spray Drying, Blending, Powder Transport, and Packaging knowledge desired. + Knowledge of nutritional products, food chemistry, analytical sampling and testing, and product formulation strongly desired. + Understanding of regulatory and GMP requirements for manufacturing of infant formulas is desired. + Some travel, including internationally, may be required. + This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time. **The skills for success** Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration, Partnership building, Relationship management, Business acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced analytics, Data analytics, Manufacturing excellence. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. You will be rewarded in line with Reckitt's pay for performance philosophy. **US pay transparency** USD $90,000.00 - $136,000.00 **US salary ranges** The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
