Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Process Engineer (Stamping) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Director, Mechanical Engineering, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.

What a typical day looks like:

Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.Strong Knowledge in metals industries.Knowledge in PLC  & Robotics.Advanced English.Experience in stamping presses.NPI Experience.Analytical, Methodical, focused on problem solving.Team Management.
