Prioritize resources to meet project demands across all streams of work allocation and budget for staff. Develop, coach, and lead direct reports within the Application Group to enable delivery of the Technical & Production and market business strategies. Proactively engage and partner with R&D/PTC, factory, and corporate functions to ensure flawless execution of the project pipelines. Managing projects related to technological rationalizations in line with factory priorities. Implementation of Global or business driven initiatives and development to ensure supply. Responsible for the adherence of all the conditions specified by the product/process/material standards are strictly applied by operations. Develop and maintain the competencies required for product/process mastership to enable manufacturing excellence. Ensure knowledge transfer related to product/process mastership to eliminate the root cause of assistance requests. Act as local coaching and training resource for product/process mastership. Domestic and international travel required up to 30% of time. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Management, Product Development, Food Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Required experience must include each of the following: + 10 years of experience in Research and Development in the area of product development, factory end-to-end process, and process and equipment design; + 5 years of experience managing teams or direct reports; + 5 years of experience with ingredient and product design and food manufacturing processes; + 5 years of experience in stakeholder management; + 3 years of cross functional or cross market experience; + 3 years of experience manufacturing methodologies and implementation; + 2 years of experience in end-to-end project management.
