Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our Property and Casualty (P&C) division. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience and a strong proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable. The role involves managing and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in our operations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations related to Property and Casualty insurance processes.Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling Auto Claims and other P&C insurance tasks.Utilize MS Office tools to streamline and optimize workflow processes.Provide support and guidance to junior team members to enhance their performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall process efficiency.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.Handle complex cases and provide resolutions in a timely manner.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new tools and technologies.Contribute to the development of process documentation and training materials.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a related field.Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office tools.Have experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification.
