As the Senior Process Improvement Manager, your primary role is to identify and lead improvements to our business processes that will drive value across the system. As a key member of the team, this position will lead a variety of projects related to process and technology solutions and will be the primary liaison between POET Bioprocessing and the POET Information Technology (IT) team. This is a role with a lot of moving parts, but don’t worry. If you are a problem solver, detail oriented, a good team player, strategically minded, comfortable networking, an effective communicator and are looking for an opportunity with a strong, growing company in an exciting industry, we can provide you all the necessary training and tools to be successful.
DURING A TYPICAL DAY
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and analyze potential solutions to create business process efficienciesServe as the primary liaison between POET Bioprocessing and the POET Information Technology (IT) teamsInterface with the IT department to deliver timely solutions for the company’s initiativesContribute to and participate in cross-functional initiatives to design and deliver software application solutionsEvaluate and prioritize business needs around requests for software enhancements or new technology solutionsEnsure stakeholder engagement and effective communication across projectsDrive integration and collaboration across key project participantsSupport evaluation of cost and benefits for proposed process changesMeasure and report on the impact of improvement initiativesDirect the development of project plans and project status reportsLead a variety of projects: identify inefficiencies or opportunities that can create value within our business processescollaborate with stakeholders to research, identify, and implement solutions to improve business processestake a lead role to define the user experience for new and existing applications coordinate the enhancement, development, and maintenance of business and systems operations identify key business process owners to assist in application or process improvement implementation ensure that the change management processes and procedures compliment any new policies, procedures, or processesSince we’re all about teamwork and getting the job done, your skill may be put to a lot of other uses!STRENGTHS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

WORK ENVIRONMENT
