Senior Processing Officer
As a Senior Processing Officer at Aon, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of processing tasks within the Processing & Compliance Division. You will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all operational processes, leveraging your expertise to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Your role will involve collaboration with various business units to support invoice issuance, verification, client contract management, and monitoring overdue renewals. Additionally, you will contribute to ad hoc projects and support team to maintain the highest standards of data quality across all assigned segments. Responsibilities: + Handle invoice issuance process including verification on data qualify of invoice request form for direct insurance and reinsurance which submitted by business units. + Verify invoice supporting documents to ensure that the client and business transaction ar existing and accuracy. + Monitor overdue renewal of responsible segment. + Support team to monitor and record client contract of responsible segment and other data quality report. + Prepare monthly revenue analysis report of responsible segment. + Support team on adhoc project from region. + File review on responsible segment. + Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications + Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, business management, + statistics, mathematics or related fields. + Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in insurance broker and/or insurance company + and/or accounting, finance or auditing is preferable. + Good interpersonal & communications skills, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills + Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things + Organized and be able to work under pressure + Working experience in insurance industry will be an advantage. + Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) + Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is a must How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
