Summary
The position will report to the Manager of Accounting Coordination and Recruitment in the Controller’s Organization. The processor will be a part of a team responsible for Concur business expense reporting (BER) and corporate check printing & distribution.
Responsibilities include day-to-day use of Concur Expense to process business expense reports (BER) for employee company credit card charges and out-of-pocket expenses. This position requires strong customer service skills to answer employee questions via phone call or email. Analytical skills are required to evaluate the employee’s bank credit card accounts and BER’s to determine if transactions are being handled appropriately. Must be able to work with employees in a professional manner to correct BER transactions that do not follow policy or guidelines. Overtime work is sometimes required to ensure processing of reports in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
+ Day-to-day use of Concur Expense to process business expense reports (BER)
+ Review BER’s for compliance to policies & guidelines
+ Answer employee questions and communicate if the reports require correction
+ Evaluate employee’s bank credit card accounts and reconcile as needed
+ Use SAP to research transactions related to business expense reporting
+ Occasionally support corporate check distribution & reconcilement
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Associates degree preferred
+ 2+ years of customer service, banking or related processing experience is required
+ Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
