The Senior Procurement Analyst will assist users in all aspects of procurement activities, work with external vendors, and ensure systems are operating effectively. This individual will ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the corporation’s policies and procedures using multiple systems

What You'll Do at Pega: Partner with other procurement team members to execute on sourcing strategy/initiatives using appropriate tools and best practices to get clients the right goods/services from the right vendors and the best priceCoordinate RF(x) processes for new vendors and contractsAssist users with transactional purchases and submission of purchase orders to vendors as neededBuild and manage working relationships with assigned vendorsMonitor compliance with purchasing policies, including travel card useReport on key spend and savings metrics for assigned categories / regionsWho You Are:

You are a skilled procurement professional with a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field and over seven years of experience, including five years specializing in IT, SaaS, and cloud category procurement. You bring expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management, with a deep understanding of IT categories such as software licensing, cloud infrastructure, and subscription models. Your strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are complemented by proficiency in procurement tools like Ariba or SAP, making you well-equipped to drive value and efficiency in procurement operations.
