What you will do:
Achieve quality and productivity through implementation of quality strategies and programs.Responsible for creating and executing process improvement programs and processes that drive cultural change Manage, lead and supervise teamConduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/ business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentationCarrying out data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibilityDesign, Install and debug tools and equipment as it relates to process improvementWhat you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree15+ years of field experienceExperience managing and supervising a teamExceptional problem solving skills Ability to serve as a subject matter expertAbility to control and adhere to an established budgetAbility to create/modify established processes and procedures to create a more efficient and effective work streamDemonstrated ability for independent thinking and multi-tasking

Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $190,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
