ModMed is hiring a driven Senior Procurement Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Procurement team focused on collaborating with our business users to assemble and coordinate the procurement of technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Collaborate with IT, HR, Operations, Finance/Accounting, and Marketing team members and business users to assemble and coordinate the procurement of software, telecommunication services, cloud services, and technology, including associated maintenance licenses, support contracts, and renewals. Collaborate with appropriate finance, compliance, and legal subject matter experts in the execution of contracts including Master Services Agreements Software License Agreements, Technology including SaaS contracts, Master Product Agreements, Statements of Work, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Create financial data analysis such as ROI, NPV, savings tracking, and make vs. buy decision models. Manage vendor selection processes using market analysis, concise request for proposals (RFPs & RFI’s), eAuctions and a data driven approach. Administer and support manage contract lifecycle software platforms, design and implement reports to support Procurement, Modmed’s Internal Business Owners, for the renewal sourcing management. Prepare Executive Summaries.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and or the preferred qualifications; BA, Supply Chain Management or IT related Minimum of 4 years in Procurement Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) Ability to use Reporting systems Ability to work well with others Highly organized and resilient Able to flex as business priorities change Proven strong analytical skills Demonstrated results-oriented team player Demonstrated professional oral / written communication and negotiation skills
