Responsible for maintaining the all vendor bank transfers including payment processing, reconciliation, remittance and reporting requirements. Responsible for all database transfers for automated payment settlement and electronic uploads, and transfers of data for assigned vendors. Responsible for all wire transfer, check processing, abandoned property by reconciling according to state requirements and electronic uploads regarding e-commerce. Also responsible for all electronic returned payables with the appropriate action toward resolution. Assure timely processing of payments to vendors, service providers, contractors, etc. for proper flow of goods and services necessary to maintain the Institution's operations, including patient care and research.
Education/Skills:
-Associate's Degree
- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Quality management ability
- Excellent organizational ability
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills
- Use of the business platform, ERP AP & Procurement systems, Bank software applications, bank websites and other related applications
-A knowledge of banking principles regarding electronic payments, abandon property and IRS regulatory requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with strong customer relations and service skills. A self motivator with the ability to multi-task and influence customers to increase program effectiveness.
