Job Description

The Senior Content Producer, Content Production is part of the Global Content Strategy, Development & Distribution team, reporting to the Senior Director of Content Production. This individual will be part of a global team responsible for developing and scaling best-in-class content on behalf of Visa’s marketing positioning and voice.

 

This individual will oversee the planning, management, and optimization of Visa’s content across global social media platforms with creator partners.  This person should have extensive experience in

 

All stages of Content production of digital and social assets

Working knowledge of SAG

Deep Production experience partnering with agencies and 3rd party vendors

Talent, music and 3rd party rights

Legal and privacy reviews of content

Production guidelines and contracts

Production Technology solutions that develop collaboration across teams

Generative AI methods, technologies, best practices and rights implications

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD5+ years experience in strategic roles managing social content productionExperience with agencies and production partnersTrack record of achieving efficient content resultsTrack record of working in large complex organizationsExperience with legal and privacy teams to support contentExtremely organized with keen attention to detailBring fresh creative ideas to increase efficient and effective experimentationYou have a bias for action, not bureaucracy, and are able to act nimbly and quickly while rallying cross-functional teams.Must have proven ability to drive results with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.A thought-leader, change agent, and champion of developing new ways of working.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 133,000.00 to 192,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
