Job Description

We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Reporting to the Production Director, acting as an extension of internal resources, you are expected to deliver high-quality productions that fulfill the creative vision and optimize the creative opportunity.

 

This is a hybrid role based in our Portland office(s). The salary range for this position based on experience is $95,000 - 100,000 USD annually.

 

Responsibilities:

Production AuthorityUnderstanding of production trends, costs & wowA clear understanding of budget management, and cost negotiations at various production levels, of 1+ million Euros per production. Bids, estimates, cost negotiations, PO mgmt & tracking production costsExperience in business affairs: Legal clearances, insurance and usage rightsAbility to manage multiple production timelines & deliver on time in fullExperience with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands & managementOn set attendance, 40% travel globally often last minute & for longer periodsUphold + enforce high-quality standards for all deliverablesIn addition: production resource network, music management, post-production,Compliance & Governance of client wow & guidelinesManage sample ordering, tracking and shipments to/from shoot location(s)Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docsEnsuring paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shootFinal reconciliations including archivingUnderstanding & compliance to policies

Qualifications6+ years experience in cross-media (print, digital and TVC) commercial shoot productionBachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education1 day office attendance per week sitting in the Jellyfish Portland or client office (travel days count as attendance)Creative agency experience preferredAble & willing to travel regionally and internationallyFluent in EnglishSolid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels
