Overview Join our Information Technology team as an Dynamics 360 Sr Product Analyst where you will optimize the ERP system to meet organizational needs, enhance overall operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful integration of PeopleSoft with other applications, with a particular focus on the human capital, benefits, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, expense, and treasury modules. Who You Are: *Strong understanding of HR and financial business processes and compliance requirements. *Experience managing all functionality related to the Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system as well as experience in implementing top-tier ERP solutions such as Workday. *Dynamics 360 *Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Proven project management and leadership capabilities. *Flexible with a positive attitude. Responsibilities The Dynamics 360 Analyst provides technical support to resolve issues, system support, configuration, designing, testing, implementing, etc. Sr. Product Analyst is responsible for creating educational programs and job aids. In addition, will provide support for IS system applications. 1. System support configuration, meeting with operations, designing, testing, working with vendors 2. Respond to ticket and mailbox questions and issues 3. Responsible for creation of education and training videos and job aids to support operations use of software and process improvements. 4. Requires good relationship with IT customers and Operations. 5. Experience creating education and training videos and documents 3.
