We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Senior Product Analyst’s primary objective is to quickly respond to technical issues and help resolve those issues according to their severity. Strong analytical and problem solving skills are needed to be successful in this role. It will require collaboration with IT and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions. The candidate should have an understanding of ETL processes, experience with complex business intelligence reporting applications, and familiarity with regulated EDW environments. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Responds quickly to business stakeholder questions and concerns. Understands application infrastructure to facilitate support activates and system maintenance Analyzes account/patient reimbursement data to help determine root cause Collaborates with team members to identify issues and propose creative, purposeful solutions to operational challenge Communicates requirements to technical resources and assures that the designed solution will meet user needs. Serves as a liaison between the business and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationships with various stakeholder groups Identifies impact to other solutions or projects and works with other product analysts and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations. **What qualifications you will need:** **EDUCATION** College Graduate Undergrad - Required **EXPERIENCE** 5 or more years **OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS** + Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook + Adept SQL writing and understanding of database concepts + Experience developing/supporting ETL Processes (DMXpress, GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, etc.) + Experience with BI Reporting Tools (BusinessObjects, Power BI, etc.) + Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills + Multi-tasking abilities to ensure completion of high-priority, concurrent efforts + Effective communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills + Customer service mindset **PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS** Prolonged sitting at computer.
