Regulatory Communications product team is seeking a dynamic product analyst to join our product team. In this role you will be responsible for working with Senior product managers and business partners to execute on the product roadmap.

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients interests in the delivery of new product implementation and ongoing product management initiativesAssist in the establishment and management of rigorous product management processesIncorporate feature requests into internal and client-facing product roadmapsRefine and prioritize the agile development backlogPrepare prioritized agendas for weekly business and scrum team refinement sessionsDevelop user stories and define acceptance criteria, both independently and in partnership with key business and technology stakeholdersSet sprint goalsPlan and coordinate monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Conduct monthly UAT and production validation for certain storiesPlan and participate in monthly releases and upgrades, in conjunction with technology partnersAuthor release notes each month, both internal and client-facingAnalyze preferences and requests of end usersRefine our agile methodology based on results and client feedbackLead team demonstrations to program stakeholders and assist in the preparation for retrospectivesMeet with key clients (virtual) to review upcoming release content and present updates to the product roadmap each quarter

Qualifications:

1-3 years of work  experience as a product owner, business analyst or similar role in product management preferredExperience or exposure to Asset Management,  Annuity industries a plusTechnical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies preferredMindset that encourages collaboration, self-organization, accountability and a drive to deliver high-quality resultsTeam spirit and effective communication abilitiesStrong organizational skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredAbility to collaborate, lead and influence cross-functional teamsAbility to identify gaps, program risks and take pre-emptive actions to address themDemonstrated technical and financial aptitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong technical writing & visualization skillsStrong execution and product delivery skillsAbility to prioritize work to ensure completion in a timely manner.'
