We want you to apply! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The PatientKeeper Senior Product Analyst leads and contributes to the efforts of reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and configuring clinical informatics systems based on user needs. They provide business and clinical knowledge in analyzing and collaborating on business opportunities and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. They work as a member of the PatientKeeper team alongside the Clinical Services Group, and other key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, configure/setup, test and demonstrate functionality, create required product support/setup documentation, identify and escalate project issues, and ensure solutions meet requirements. They recommend changes to core ITG infrastructure, current business/clinical processes, policies, and information systems that provide recognized business value. They also help to train other team members. **Major Responsibilities:** + Analysis, Design and Issue Resolution + DEV Prioritization - Manage Patient Keeper backlog and items for development, communicating with HCA Analysts and PatientKeeper development + Server release tracking/testing - Communicate release status with PatientKeeper and HCA Teams and track progress on release testing and reported issues + Mobility release tracking/testing - Provide guidance on testing and deployment of quarterly Android and iOS releases when received from PatientKeeper + Coordinate the selection and scheduling of releases to field environments. Work with divisions to schedule upgrades to their environments based on schedules and needs. Communicate any required testing to the field and assure resources are able to track towards a set go live date + Field communication - provide timely notice to the field on any upcoming iOS and Android releases, and make sure divisions are aware of any high priority issues existing in code and send updates on timing of fixes. + Critical Thinking/Decision Making – Apply critical thinking skills to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and to make timely, informed decisions.
