Senior Product Analytics Manager, Customer Journey

Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. In this position... 

Ford is looking for a Product Analytics Leader to drive forward a new startup within the Digital Product space, focused on the end-to-end customer journey. The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Analytics Manager who loves to capture and use quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions.

The Customer Journey team owns products and CXs that help customers become aware of, adopt, and engage with digital products and services that help save them time (i.e., BlueCruise autonomous driving). The Senior Product Analytics Manager will leverage data and analytics to generate insights that inform which products should be built, how we should optimize those products, and how we should scale those products to help our customers save time, money, and get personal delight from their vehicles. You will present your analyses, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership and connect new ideas to drive change. Analytical ingenuity and leadership, business acumen, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are critical skills for this role.

You'll have... 

Bachelor's degree5+ years of Analytics/Business Intelligence Engineering experienceKnowledge of data warehousing and data modelingExperience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, R, Python or similar tools/languagesExperience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.Fluent in data analysis tools (esp. SQL and preferably Python/R), GCP/Hadoop, Tableau, experiment frameworks, and working across the full stack of data analysis (data engineering, ETL, data analytics, and data visualization).
