As a Senior Product Associate in Fulfillment and Archive Service, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Engage team members to ensure timelines and requirements to drive conversations and deliverables that impact the Area ProductDefine and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, testing conditions/ scripts, validation criteria and acceptance criteria. Participate in all agile events of the product group as a team member; generate pertinent process maps/flows; and conduct lessons learned as necessaryComplete all deliverables according to aligned sprints and/or schedules. Communicate and escalate risks, blockers, and impacts that could delay initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyProven communication skills with responsibility for Client, Technical, and Operational partners Logical thinking and applied skills with problem solving and user research Proficient in Microsoft Suites and like tools Analytical skills applied during requirements gathering and development Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsWorking knowledge of writing epics and user stories with documented acceptance criteria Knowledge with Jira and Jira align
Must be able to adhere to a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home in Columbus, OH. Potential after hours and weekend assignment to connect with other colleagues and resources in support of implementations, production events, or validation post production.
