As a Senior Product Associate in the Knowledge Management and Enlighten team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product roadmap. Supported by user research and customer feedback, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities, you will fuel the creation of an innovative Knowledge Management product ecosystem and continuously improve existing offerings.
