Summary:
The Senior Product Delivery Manager will manage the delivery of high-priority initiatives across the Enterprise Payments portfolio. This role combines expertise in Product Management, Agile methodologies, portfolio management, and data analytics to ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex portfolios, driving value realization, and using data to optimize processes and outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage the delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Develop and maintain a centralized portfolio dashboard that tracks project health, delivery timelines, resource utilization, and financial metrics.Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk assessment, and resource capacity.Establish and maintain portfolio governance processes, including regular reporting, risk management, and decision-making frameworks.Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio, proposing solutions to resolve bottlenecks.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement) and provide coaching to teams on Agile best practices.Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Use data-driven insights to improve Agile team performance, velocity, and predictability.Leverage analytics to monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel to generate actionable insights.Track key delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, throughput, cycle time) and identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Conduct post-delivery analyses to assess value realization, identify lessons learned, and enhance future delivery efforts.Develop predictive models to forecast portfolio risks and resource constraints.Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in on delivery priorities.Provide thought leadership in balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals.Design and present tailored reports, visualizations, and dashboards for various stakeholder audiences.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in product delivery, portfolio management, or project management utilizing Agile methodologies and data analyticsPreferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or similar) are highly desirable.Knowledge of creating and tracking Portfolio performance metrics (e.g., delivery on time, within scope, and on budget).Data-driven insights resulting in improved resource allocation and risk mitigation.High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively.Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently.#LI-Hybrid
