As a Product Designer on our team, your primary objective will be to create user-centered designs that enhance the efficiency and success of various stakeholders, including sales representatives, merchants, referral users, bankers, Relationship Managers, and more. **What you will do:** + Work with sales reps, referral users, bankers, and other key stakeholders to understand user needs deeply and create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. + Apply design thinking and a product mindset to identify user problems, ideate solutions, and validate through testing and feedback. + Develop imaginative and visionary end-to-end wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs consistent with our brand and design system. + Work closely with Product Managers and engineers to prioritize design requirements and iterate based on feedback. + Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines; keep up with design trends and emerging technologies. + Create and maintain design documentation on Jira and Confluence for seamless handoff. **What you will need to have:** + Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. + 3+ years proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio. + Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch. + Proficiency in designing web applications and experiences. + Experience facilitating user interviews and design feedback sessions. **What will be great to have:** + Previous experience designing tools for high-performing teams. + Proficiency in designing mobile applications for iOS. + Experience facilitating design thinking workshops. + Knowledge of the merchant industry and experience in sales enablement tools. + Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field **Salary Range** $96,200.00 - $164,900.00 _These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California.
