**Description**
As a Senior Product Designer on the Business at Apple design team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, user-centric solutions for businesses of all sizes. You’ll play a key role in designing tools like Business Connect and Business Manager, creating seamless experiences that help businesses streamline their operations and engage their customers. This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to tackle complex design challenges, and the drive to push the boundaries of user experience. You will design innovative solutions that balance user needs with business objectives, translating complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces. With a passion for creating tools that drive business success, you will help set the design direction for key products while contributing to process improvements and team growth. - Lead the design of features and experiences for Apple’s business tools, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and execute design solutions. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback to refine designs and improve the user experience. - Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision for Apple Business tools, ensuring a cohesive, world-class user experience across products. - Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on design work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ A strong portfolio showcasing product design leadership, creative problem-solving, and user-centered design.
+ 5+ years of design experience, with a focus on business tools, enterprise software, or professional applications.
+ Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Keynote, and similar tools.
+ Strong ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.
+ Experience with designing data-driven tools and enterprise-level interfaces that solve complex user workflows.
+ Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles, with a commitment to continuously learning and applying them.
+ Ability to balance competing demands, prioritize effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
+ Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Passion for Apple products including creating tools that help businesses succeed and improve user experience at scale.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
