Senior Product Designer
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualisation to implementation and maintenance of fleet management systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the Product team, design team, data analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements to design intuitive user interfaces, and ensure a seamless user experience. Lead the design process, including conducting or reviewing user research, creating wire frames, and developing interactive prototypes for reporting systems. + Manage and monitor projects to ensure deadlines are met and work is high quality. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications and process designs. + Collaborate with the design manager to establish design strategies, backed by research findings and business requirements. + Maintain a user-centred approach while respecting business needs. + Ensure a consistent and visually appealing design language across all reporting systems.
