Senior Product Designer (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join The League team. This is an opportunity to join a lean team working to make a real impact in one of the most vital and personal aspects of people's lives. We're a tight-knit design team, with a focus on individual responsibility and rapid development. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, and a critical thinker who can articulate ideas. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
You’re right for this role if you excel in an autonomous environment and take full ownership of your work. You can translate high-level requirements and create beautiful and functional designs. It’s important that you can work within differing design scenarios, i.e. creative direction, brainstorming, product architecture, information design, critiques, graphic design, and production-related tasks. You have a passion for digital media and have a pulse on what is relevant in culture, design, and technology, and will challenge the status quo. You are curious about and active on the most popular and emerging platforms.
You’ll work in a squad owning your projects with mobile developers under the guidance of our Head of Design and Head of Product. You’ll create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that drive user satisfaction and retention. Familiarity with Figma is a must as well as strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving requirements.

Match Group is headquartered in Dallas, TX with offices in LA, Palo Alto, and New York. How you'll make an impact:Collaborate with the Head of Design to design visually stunning and functional user interfaces for the mobile app, ensuring consistency with the brand’s guidelines and styleIterate on designs based on feedback from the Head of Design and Head of Product, user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously enhance the app’s usability and appealBeing our go-to designer and champion for interaction design on the platformDirect developers to implement your designs to spec including QA and feedbackContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the app and future design projectsOwning, creating and maintaining a components library on Figma for the appCreate wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and test design concepts and user flowsBrainstorm and drive new creative development and ways to attract new usersCollaborate with the marketing team to create and execute product marketing such as email marketing, user education and other communicationsHelp drive UX research, discovery and user education initiativesProblem-solve design issues effectively and in a timely manner
We could be a Match if:You have 5+ years of experience with mobile UI/UX design and some experience in other areas of graphic designYou have proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software (Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite)You have superb visual design skills and a strong online portfolio showcasing breadth of workStrong understanding of native mobile design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive designYou have interaction design and animation experienceYou have a strong sense for current design trends and emerging social platformsYou have the ability to take an abstract idea and build out to completionYou have an eagle-eye attention-to-detail when it comes to crafting designsYou have strong communication skills and are receptive to constructive external feedback on design$111,500 - $147,000 a yearThe compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered.
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Houston, TX, Atlanta, GA, Portland, OR, Salt Lake City, UT, Seattle, WA, Chicago, IL, or Nashville, TN.
