How you’ll help us.                 

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Global Category Manager Tennis, and as part of the role, you’ll:   

Develop styles and collections in collaboration with PM, design and suppliers. 

Research new technologies, materials and garment construction innovations from the market, including pattern, fit, embellishment and trims, working with cross-function teams to implement into product creation. 

Drive cross-functional communication proactively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve an efficient and effective product development process. 

Partner with the Material lead to recommend materials, new fabrication, and trims to develop innovative and technically superior products each season. 

Be responsible for the physical properties testing and functional testing of fabrics and trims. 

Be responsible for cost review at the first proto stage, work with cross-functional team to suggest changes, where appropriate, to meet target FOB prices and profit margins. 

Ensure on-time product finalisation and approval before bulk order placement following the calendar. 

Own the Development process and work with the team to create efficiencies and improved processes. 

    

More about you.     

Qualification in textile, fashion, clothing or related field. 

8 years of relevant experience in the garment or sportswear industry as a developer. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of 3D sampling, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. 

International experience.
