Senior Product Development Leader Advanced Apps
**Job Description Summary** The Digital Product Development Leader will provide digital application leadership in the development and training of CT acquisition protocols, digital solutions and deep learning applications. Focusing on end to end workflow automation from scan to report. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Digital lead in the creation and maintenance of training materials of CT scanners for all clinical applications, including cardiac, oncology, neuro etc. + Develop a playbook for application training + Supporting creation of messaging as well as evidence generation strategy + partnership with regions on the execution + Supporting the adoption of novel digital applications globally. + Support marketing and engineering in content generation for digital solutions and their use by customers + Support the test and validate product to maintain high quality products before they are released + Develop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for usability based clinical evaluation + Work with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluation + Provide support and training to clinical sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the product + Manage clinical sites even after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationships + Develop training material for Field Application Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialists and Sales Specialist. Participate/lead in the training of the specialist. + Provide support to marketing for sales tools, collaterals, produce images for shows and presentations, and provide support at product shows. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field + At least 2 years’ experience with CT scanners and their use in a clinical environment + Demonstrated experience in collaboration with clinical partners in Digital solutions **Desired Characteristics** + Bachelor’s Degree in an Imaging Physics related field + Hands on experience with CT applications + Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing demands and requirements + Experience with user centered design concepts and their integration into product + Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and accountability for deliverables/actions + Strong written and verbal communications skills demonstrated in the form of grants, publications and/or progress reports + Demonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiology + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers in the healthcare industry and engineering and marketing organizations + Ability to understand and speak technical language specific to CT technology and imaging technology \#LI-LRG1 \#LI-Onsite \#LI-Hybrid GE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
