Trimble seeks a best-in-class product manager with experience in bringing AI solutions to market in B2B products to drive customer value and revenue generation in the Trimble suite of products
What You Will Do
Explore and implement cutting edge first and third party AI technologies into Trimble CMS and Supply Chain products, driving customer value and revenue generation
Develop, own, and maintain the product strategy and short and long-term product roadmap and align the roadmap to the overall business strategy of Trimble
Evangelize your product vision, product strategy, and roadmap to leadership, customers, and the functional teams that support your product
Break down high-level roadmap and partner with a Product Owner to build epics and user stories
Work with UI/UX designers on the front-end customer view of the platform
Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of different stakeholders. You will actively participate in the Trimble, Construction Sector, and Supply Chain product alignment meetings
Work closely with development, including in increment/quarterly planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning and daily standups
Monitoring product results in detail, ensure that the organization is aware of any performance shortfalls against business plan objectives and take action
Work with key stakeholders and other product managers to articulate strategy, vision, roadmap, and product feature availability
Organize and lead customer feedback sessions for understanding customer needs and validating assumptions
Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Experience in implementing AI technologies into B2B products and brining these products successfully to market
You have 3-5 years of excelling against performance metrics in a Product role. You have been a leader in your organization, exemplifying best in class Product Management to your colleagues and junior Product Managers
You have Bachelor/Master level of understanding in data, analytics, information science, business or information technology
You have strong analytical skills and are responsible for maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
You naturally align with the people around you (internal and external)
You have an eye for detail but you are also able to work from a high-level overview
Demonstrated, proven track record managing software products
You love working with software developers and UI/UX designers
Mastery of the English language (written and verbal) is required
