Senior Product Manager, Clinical Insights

As the Senior Product Manager for Diagnostic SW Clinical Insights Tools, you will lead initiatives that harness data science, machine learning, and AI technologies—including generative AI—to create seamless product experiences. This pivotal role aims to enhance clinical efficiency and patient outcomes by optimizing clinician workflows and reducing cognitive load through advanced technology. You will oversee the development and execution of products that not only detect diseases and interpret complex diagnostic results but also use generative AI to innovate and enhance clinical decision-making tools.

Role Overview:

You will spearhead a new initiative within our Diagnostic SW Clinical Insights team, aimed at accelerating the development and integration of new features that enhance efficiencies for both our organization and our customers. This includes utilizing machine learning, generative AI, and other advanced technologies to deepen engagement and utilization across our platforms and diagnostic services. You will collaborate closely with the Diagnostic Lines of Business to identify and evaluate opportunities, crafting both tactical and strategic roadmaps to ensure the successful rollout of innovative features. Your strategies will leverage cutting-edge technology to align with and exceed the expectations of our customers and global business partners.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in a matrix organizational structure and is adept at navigating complex stakeholder interactions across various time zones. This high-visibility role will be instrumental in driving significant innovations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clinical diagnostic tools, working in concert with a robust, global software engineering team and interfacing with diagnostic and software lines of business, commercial marketing, customer support, and more.

In this role:

You will drive the strategy and execution of innovative clinical tools designed to integrate smoothly with our wide range of software products and applications.You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team, partnering closely with Engineering to ensure successful implementation of world-class software features.You will collaborate with User Experience teams to prototype new ideas and gather feedback to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness.You will work with stakeholders from the Data Science, Medical, and Software groups, influencing and aligning priorities to deliver solutions that meet strategic business goals.You will manage project scopes, developing and overseeing detailed project plans to ensure alignment with the overarching business strategy.You will present regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.

Proven experience in product management, particularly in customer-facing software or enterprise software, with a strong emphasis on integrating data science, ML, and AI technologies.Familiarity with clinical applications and shared service platform technologies is highly desirable.Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead through influence and coordinate across diverse teams without formal authority.Strategic and critical thinking skills, with a capacity to drive innovation in a fast-paced, matrix organization.Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand and leverage new technologies to solve complex problems in healthcare and diagnostics.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.More than 5 years of progressive leadership and commercial product management experience, ideally in a global environment.Demonstrated ability to manage and pivot between product and project management as needed.Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable leading discussions in large, multi-stakeholder settings.General knowledge/experience with healthcare/diagnostic technologiesStrong execution and impact focus – including demonstrated drive, initiative, break through thinking, and business results.High energy and proactive problem-solving acumen.Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with ability to establish and maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.Discipline and an ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of reliability and attention to time and detail.Highly agile, with the ability to work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
