**Core Responsibilities**
As our new Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in crafting the future of ESG (Environmental & Sustainable Governance) and External Consolidation & Reporting products. You will define the vision and strategy, align priorities with internal customers, and ensure these products deliver meaningful value to LEGO and its customers!
This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, collaboration across teams, and a focus on continuous improvement. You will help build solutions that drive impact by integrating research, analytics, and innovation into the product development process. In addition, you will:
+ Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and evolving market needs.
+ Lead product discovery and experimentation, using user research to improve product design and customer experience.
+ Manage the product backlog, prioritize development opportunities, and communicate changes clearly with team members.
+ Foster collaboration within the product team, act as a trusted expert, and support decision-making and team growth.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
You will join the Corporate Finance, Systems, Analytics, and Insights team, responsible for the accuracy and quality of all finance and non-finance data across the CFO organization, while driving our agenda to be more digital and data-driven by defining, crafting, and implementing the agreed digital priorities.
This is a highly visible role within the team and will make you a central piece of our digital transformation across the CFO Org.
**Do you have what it takes?**
We are seeking an individual with either proven experience as a product manager in large companies, specializing in product management and solving complex business problems for users, or a good understanding of finance systems and processes. Specifically, you bring a few years of experience in Product Management and/or Finance Systems & Process. Moreover, you have:
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
+ Experienced in Agile way of working, leading multi-functional agile teams, and creating and working with objectives and key results.
+ Ability to synthesize user insights into actionable priorities that align with the product vision and strategy.
**Nice to have:**
Expertise in finance systems and business architecture, particularly in data, performance management, and reporting solutions. An engineering background with financial experience or a finance degree with technical expertise would be highly valuable. A professional accounting certification (such as ACA or an MBA) is a plus but not essential.
